We  ship our goods worldwide. Before placing an order, please  send email to :  estonian.warmhouse@gmail.com to clarify delivery time and  shipping charges. We always try to find the cheapest and best solution for our customers.

If goods are in stock we usually giving them over to logistic company in 2 working days. If, for any reason, we run out of goods or the goods you have ordered are delayed, we will contact  and let you know about it.

Once the goods have been delivered /given over to the transport company, the deadlines set by the transport company will apply, details of which will be sent to your email. Although we will do our best to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsibility for delays, caused by the transport provider. 


Return of goods

The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller of his wish to return the goods within 14 days after receipt of the goods by e-mail to estonian.warmhouse@gmail.com . The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that the goods to be returned do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective goods).
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used in any way other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is permitted for testing the goods in a physical shop.
Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop shall refund to the purchaser immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation, all charges received from the purchaser under the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
If you receive the goods by courier and the package(s) are broken or damaged, please take a picture of the damaged packages and send it to e-mail: estonian.warmhouse@gmail.com .
The online shop is not responsible for any defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
