By agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy, the customer gives E-Warm Houses consent to the automated processing of his/her data. You can always withdraw your consent via our website or by submitting a statement in a format that can be reproduced in writing. No statement or withdrawal of consent shall have retroactive effect.
In order to better serve the customer, E-Warm House may disclose information about individual users to a third party that provides.
E-Warm House services and is contractually bound to keep the shared information confidential. An example of a third party is a partner of ours who is responsible for the transport of goods sold in the e-shop or the provision of a hire-purchase service.
The personal data of the customer is stored by E-Warm House until the termination of the loyalty agreement. Data that E-Warm House is obliged to retain by law (e.g. accounting data) will be retained by E-Warm House. E-Warm House in accordance with the requirements laid down by law.
Modification of collected personal dataThe personal data collected for the purpose of identifying and contacting the customer can be viewed, modified and updated by the customer in the "My Information" section of our website.
